I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving, here, in an outpatient setting in addition to working as the Clinical Director in an intensive in-patient setting, and teaching as an adjunct professor to graduate and post-graduate students.

Coming from a military and first responder family, this population is close to my heart.
I specialize in supporting first responders, veterans, and others who carry the invisible wounds of trauma. My work is grounded in trust, compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those affected by trauma. I am trained in and utilize specialized modalities to treat trauma, primarily focusing on somatic and experiential techniques to help identify and move the trauma that is stored within the body. I am no-nonsense and direct while also having a gentle and empathetic approach to trauma recovery. My hope is to help you become more you- unburden yourself from the impacts of trauma, and rediscover your purpose, passions, and joy of living.
